Do you accept OEM and custom crystal products?
Yes, we provide full OEM & ODM services. We can make custom logos, text engraving, 3D laser inner engraving, custom shapes and size designs according to customers’ pictures or samples.
How long is the sample making time?
Regular crystal samples take 3–5 working days. Complex engraved or custom-shaped samples take 5–7 working days. Sample fee can be refunded after bulk order confirmation.
What is your bulk order lead time?
It depends on order quantity and craftsmanship. Normal bulk orders take 7–15 working days after sample confirmation. We guarantee stable delivery for wholesale and export orders.
What material are your crystal products made of?
All our products are made of high-quality K9 craft crystal material, artificial crystal with high transparency, smooth polishing and clear refraction. They are decorative crystal crafts, not natural crystal stones.
How do you control product quality?
We have multi-step inspection during production, including semi-finished inspection, engraving inspection and final full inspection before packing. We strictly check scratches, edges, polishing and engraving details to reduce defective rate.
Do you have stock items and support mixed batch orders?
Yes, we have various regular crystal ornaments in stock. Mixed small batch orders are supported for overseas sellers and small wholesalers to help trial sales.
How about the packing and shipping method?
All crystal products adopt safe export packing with foam and cartons to prevent breaking. We support sea freight, air freight and express delivery. W
What if the goods are damaged during transportation?
We provide after-sales support for broken items caused by transportation. Customers can provide photos, and we will arrange replacement or compensation according to the actual situation.
